Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of experience in customer service and sales
  • Willingness to obtain or possession of a property and casualty license
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in insurance is highly preferred

Responsibilities:

  • Drive results as your own marketer
  • Work with warm leads to grow income
  • Maintain and update customer accounts
  • Network with small business owners such as real estate agents, mortgage lenders, auto dealers, etc.
  • Generate new business through various lead sources
  • Meet business production goals
  • Cross-sell additional products and services
  • Build and nurture customer relationships
  • Deliver exceptional customer service
