WHAT WILL I BE DOING ON A DAILY BASIS?
- As the Regional Sales Associate, Southern Sydney, your primary responsibility is to assist Territory Managers in NSW, additionally, to support all territories in Australia and New Zealand where required.
- Your goal is to grow the business by maintaining and acquiring leads while producing solid repeatable pipelines to funnel to each market that you are assisting.
- As you work in each market, you will build customer connections, create forward thinking strategies to build and maintain a strong customer base.
- As a Regional Sales Associate, you will also assist in holding workshops and educational events to increase awareness and knowledge for customers.
- At times, to continue your development, you may be required to manage an open territory where a Territory Manager may be temporarily out of the market and you will be mentored for promotion into a Territory Manager sales role.
- You will uncover new opportunities and follow up on existing sales leads in public/private hospitals, offices and clinics, so sales must be where you see your career headed.
- You will assist with local education and workshop events and attend national conferences.
- You will provide assistance with customer service/repair related matters and perform product demonstrations in both large and small customer accounts (primarily in hospitals).
- You will assist Territory Managers and Clinical Applications Specialists with installations.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO GET THE JOB
- Bachelor's Degree preferred, ideally in a clinically relevant area.
- Previous sales experience preferred, in or out of industry ok, but not mandatory.
- Medical/healthcare background i.e., Sonographer, Radiographer, Nurse or Physiotherapist preferred.
- Track record of success - professionally or in higher education.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Current driver’s license
- Willingness to be coached with strong business acumen.
- Willingness to travel which may include occasional late evenings and weekends.
- Thrive in fast paced and dynamic environment.
- Able to lift 20kgs.
