Key Responsibilities:

Negotiate complex contracts from initiation to closeout, ensuring all obligations are met.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure contracts align with project goals and mitigate risks.

Monitor contract compliance, manage modifications, and identify potential risks, offering solutions to resolve issues.

Maintain accurate and organized contract records and documentation.

Provide expert advice on contractual matters, supporting project teams with best practices.

Stay informed on national, state, and local legal requirements, ensuring full compliance.

Requirements:

Tertiary qualification in Law, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in contract negotiation or a similar role.

Strong knowledge of contract law and relevant regulations.

Proven ability to negotiate complex contracts.

High proficiency in contract management software and systems.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Meticulous attention to detail with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
