Key Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced Contract Manager to oversee front-end negotiations, contract drafting, and ongoing contracts.

About the Role

  • Deliver high-quality contract documents, RFPs, Head Agreements, SOWs, and work packages
  • Manage existing contracts and new header agreements
  • Contribute to and/or manage the contract ideation stage, negotiation, implementation, and contract execution

Requirements

  • 2-6 years of experience in contract management
  • Experience in front-end negotiations, contract drafting, and managing ongoing contracts
  • Prior experience in Technology and/or Telecommunications contract management is essential
  • Strong financial acumen is highly desirable
  • Understanding of the bid process is highly desirable
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder relationship management skills
