Resident Wellbeing Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Wellbeing Coordinator to join our team at Wagga Wagga Community Aged Care. As a key member of our Wellbeing team, you will be responsible for planning, designing, and delivering dynamic wellbeing programs that support the physical and emotional wellbeing of our residents.
About the Role:
- Lead the Wellbeing team to develop and implement resident-centred wellbeing programs
- Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive and supportive living environment
- Provide creative and engaging activities to promote resident engagement and participation
- Work closely with residents, families, and staff to understand their needs and preferences
- Contribute to the development of policies and procedures that promote resident wellbeing

Requirements:
- Qualification in Lifestyle (or diversional therapy) or progress towards qualification
- Ability to work creatively and collaboratively as part of a team
- Understanding and empathetic qualities to support residents with diverse needs
- Strong organisation and time management skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
