We are seeking a qualified and experienced Resident Wellbeing Assistant to join our team at Signature Care Operations. As a key member of our Wellbeing team, you will play a vital role in shaping the service delivery of aged care into the future.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering varied aged care resident wellbeing programs and be comfortable with learning new technology to make a difference to our residents' physiological, physical, and emotional wellbeing.
About YouYou must have previous experience in a similar position as a Wellbeing (Lifestyle) Assistant in Aged Care and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. A Certificate IV or Diploma in Lifestyle and Leisure or equivalent is preferred, along with a current First Aid Certificate and CPR.
