We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Wellbeing Coordinator to join our team at Wagga Wagga Community Aged Care. As a key member of our Wellbeing team, you will play a vital role in planning, designing, and delivering dynamic wellbeing programs that support the physical and emotional wellbeing of our residents.

About the Role:

  • Lead the Wellbeing team to develop and implement resident-centred wellbeing programs
  • Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive and supportive living environment
  • Provide creative and compassionate support to residents, promoting their independence and dignity
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of resident wellbeing programs and progress
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures related to resident wellbeing

Requirements:

  • Qualification in Lifestyle (or diversional therapy), or progress towards qualification
  • Ability to work creatively and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Strong organisation and time management skills
  • Understanding and empathetic qualities, with a focus on resident-centred care
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
