About the Role:

  • Lead the Wellbeing team to develop and implement resident-centred wellbeing programs
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless integration of wellbeing services
  • Conduct regular assessments to identify resident needs and preferences
  • Develop and maintain relationships with residents, families, and healthcare professionals
  • Manage and coordinate wellbeing programs, including activities, events, and services
  • Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness, making recommendations for improvement
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies

Requirements:

  • Qualification in Lifestyle (or diversional therapy), or progress towards qualification
  • Proven experience in leading wellbeing programs or teams
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
