Guest Service Agent

We are seeking a Guest Service Agent to join our team, responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests. As a key member of our front office team, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and play a crucial role in ensuring their stay with us is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and check-in guests
  • Communicate professionally
  • Make bookings
  • Assist guests during their stay
  • Availability to work a 3-week rotation roster with shifts Monday to Sunday between 6am and 10pm
