About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Client Liaison to join our team. In this role, you will be based at our corporate head office and work closely with a friendly and passionate team.

You will build strong relationships with clients and provide outstanding customer service when booking group accommodation and managing all group business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establishing effective business connections with key clients and travel agents through exceptional customer care
  • Maintaining a high level of product knowledge across a diverse hotel portfolio
  • Managing all group reservations within our systems as required-
  • Actioning release backs and loading room lists at an individual property level
  • Nurturing business relationships with key clients and travel agents to foster loyalty

This position requires a minimum of 2+ years' experience in a Customer Service environment, ideally with experience within the hospitality or travel industry. Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and strong written and verbal skills are also essential.
