We are seeking an experienced and welcoming individual to provide exceptional customer service as the first point of contact for our guests. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will create a warm and inviting atmosphere, anticipating and responding to the needs of our visitors.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Offer luggage assistance to ensure a seamless experience for our guests.
  • Valet parking and retrieve vehicles with efficiency and professionalism.
  • Assist in maintaining a smooth flow of traffic through the hotel driveway, prioritizing guest safety and convenience.
  • Provide accurate directions and respond to other guest enquiries in a timely and courteous manner.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with guests by attending to their requests quickly and efficiently.

Requirements:

  • A proven track record in hospitality is essential.
  • A valid driver's license is required.
  • You must be an enthusiastic team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working under pressure is highly valued.
  • You should possess excellent physical stamina, enabling you to work effectively in a dynamic environment that requires carrying, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, standing, and twisting.
