As a Healthcare Coordinator, you will be an integral part of our passionate and engaged team, working closely with referring practitioners, marketing, and other departments to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Update and maintain doctor database
  • Conduct daily reports and checks
  • Liaise with referring practitioners and other departments to ensure data accuracy
  • Coordinate ordering and distribution of request pads
  • Create request pads with detailed information
  • Maintain patient confidentiality and exercise discretion
  • Ensure accuracy and attention to detail

About You

To succeed in this role, you will need excellent organisational and time management skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and attention to detail.
