Administrative Healthcare Coordinator

Eastern Suburbs Location: A prime opportunity awaits for an experienced Administrative Healthcare Coordinator to join our team at Healthscope.
About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and organised individual to manage a busy reception desk, handle phone calls, and coordinate appointments. The successful candidate will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records, performing health fund checks, and managing excess payments.
This role requires excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Experience with MS Office, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel, is highly desirable. Additionally, proficiency in WebPas Hospital system and Zedmed would be an advantage.
What You'll GetA competitive salary of AU$65,000 - AU$80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits that make this role truly rewarding. Located close to Bronte Beach, you'll enjoy a great work-life balance and the opportunity to work with a dynamic team.
