Bar and Nightlife Manager

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the hospitality industry, with a proven track record of managing high-end venues.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of professionals to provide unparalleled service to our guests.

You will be required to develop and implement innovative strategies to drive revenue growth, while maintaining a high level of quality and consistency in all aspects of venue operations.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional results, has a positive attitude, and is committed to excellence.

About You:

  • You have at least 3 years of experience in managing bespoke venues
  • You are hands-on, customer-focused, and can lead by example
  • You have exceptional communication and organizational skills
  • You hold a valid work right to work in Australia
  • You have a Valid Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) competency card
