We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our corporate practice in Brisbane.
- Act for clients on corporate and commercial matters, including mergers and acquisitions, equity raisings, joint ventures, and advisory work.
- Prepare and advise on contracts and terms and conditions.
- Lead business sales and acquisitions, including real estate aspects.
- Supervise and develop junior professionals.
Key Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in broad corporate and commercial matters.
- Technical expertise and exceptional client service skills.
- A collaborative approach and strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organisation, written and oral communication skills.
