The
opportunity We are
currently seeking a Senior Associate/Lawyer to join our
Corporate/M&A practice based in our Brisbane office.
This
role presents a fantastic opportunity to be part of a growing
practice and be involved in interesting work within a vibrant,
collaborative and friendly environment.
What
does the role involve?
This role
will be a key resource for the team and on a day to day basis you
will have the chance to; act for international and domestic clients from a variety of different industries; advise on a range of corporate and commercial matters including mergers and acquisitions, equity raisings, joint ventures, start-ups and advisory work on corporate governance matters and regulatory issues; prepare and advise on a wide variety of contracts and terms and conditions; act on business sales and acquisition including real estate aspects; interact with clients and liaise with colleagues in other offices and practice areas around the globe; and play an active role supervising and developing junior lawyers as you share your knowledge and specialist skills.
About
you To be
successful in this role you will ideally have a 4+ years'
experience in broad corporate and commercial matters, working in a
medium to large law firm.
