Corporate Lawyer - Mergers and Acquisitions Specialist

We are seeking a skilled corporate lawyer to join our team as a mergers and acquisitions specialist.

The ideal candidate will have experience in front-end corporate law, including M&A and business transactions, due diligence, and contract drafting.

This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-profile mid-market transactions, including mergers & acquisitions, general corporate and commercial advisory, reviewing and drafting commercial contracts, equity capital markets (ECM) transactions, joint ventures & strategic alliances, IPOs and secondary capital raisings, and due diligence & drafting reports.

The role involves working with top-tier clients, handling both domestic and cross-border deals, providing exposure to sophisticated legal work and the chance to collaborate with experienced professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and draft commercial contracts, ECM transactions, and other deal documents
  • Assist in due diligence processes, including research and analysis of financial and regulatory matters
  • Collaborate with colleagues to deliver high-quality legal services to clients
  • Contribute to the development of innovative solutions to complex legal problems

Requirements:

  • 3+ years' experience in front-end corporate law (open to lawyers with up to 7 years' experience)
  • Proven experience in M&A and business transactions, due diligence, and contract drafting
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • A proactive mindset, wanting to work in a dynamic and supportive environment
