Corporate Mergers and Acquisitions Lawyer

This is an exciting opportunity to work on complex deals for a broad range of clients. Our team delivers highly successful outcomes in mergers and acquisitions, with an emphasis on quality, innovation, and timeliness.

You will have the opportunity to be involved in a range of work including public and private M&A, equity capital markets, and head office & governance.

Key requirements include demonstrated experience from a leading Corporate Mergers & Acquisitions practice, ability to effectively manage smaller matters and elements of larger matters, willingness to participate in business development activities, ability to grow as a Corporate lawyer and leader, willingness to build an understanding of clients and develop effective working relationships, ability to establish a professional profile and internal networks, and willingness to develop others through mentoring and sharing experiences and networks.

Responsibilities:

  • Working on M&A transactions
  • Managing capital markets transactions
  • Providing governance advice

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated expertise in Corporate Mergers & Acquisitions and Capital Markets practice
  • Ability to effectively manage smaller matters and elements of larger matters
  • Willingness to participate in business development activities
  • Ability to grow as a Corporate lawyer and leader
  • Willingness to build an understanding of clients and develop effective working relationships
  • Ability to establish a professional profile and internal networks
  • Willingness to develop others through mentoring and sharing experiences and networks
