The Role:

The Concierge/Customer Service Team Member plays a vital role in delivering an exceptional guest experience as the first point of contact for our clients' visitors. You'll meet and greet visitors with a helpful and welcoming attitude, creating amazing first impressions by assisting guests with queries and special requests.

Your key responsibilities include providing accurate and correct information & directions, anticipating customer needs, and acting immediately to resolve complaints; consistently striving to delight customers by going above and beyond.

We're looking for an energetic people person who enjoys interacting with customers and has the ability to achieve a level of service that consistently meets and exceeds client expectations.

This role requires flexibility across mornings, afternoons, and evenings, 7 days a week, based at Canberra Centre in ACT 2608.

This position is paid according to the General Retail Industry Award 2020.

  • Adequate flexibility and availability to work across a 7-day week, including Public Holidays
  • A Full ACT Driver's Licence is essential, as Valet parking may be part of the role
  • Prior customer-facing customer service or hospitality, retail, hotel concierge experience (Preferred)
  • Good knowledge of and a commitment to safe working practices
  • Be physically fit to carry out standard duties and able to work on your feet for lengthy periods
  • Must be willing to obtain a National Police Clearance Check
  • Must have valid work rights in Australia
