**Job Overview:**

We are seeking an experienced Senior Front Office Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading the front office department to achieve exceptional guest satisfaction and revenue growth.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead the front office team to achieve measurable KPIs.
  • Mentor and develop team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Proactively seek out solutions to guest problems and concerns.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure a seamless guest experience.
  • Manage Property Management System (PMS) efficiently.
  • Ensure Business Service Agreement (BSA) compliance and uphold Marriott culture in all areas.
  • Provide intuitive service and understand guests' varied needs and preferences.
  • Maintain high levels of guest satisfaction and loyalty.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Guest relations, duty manager or front office management experience.
  • Leadership experience with a proven track record of success.
  • A genuinely warm and welcoming demeanor.
  • High knowledge of Opera systems.
  • Personable communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with guests and colleagues.
  • Availability to work weekends and night shifts as required.
  • Energizing motivation with a passion for delivering exceptional results.
