About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Engagement to join our team at SBS. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for guiding our onboarding and user retention initiatives for SBS On Demand.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive engagement strategy to drive user adoption, retention, and satisfaction on SBS On Demand.
  • Leverage data analytics tools and user behaviour analysis to gain insights into user engagement patterns, preferences, and trends.
  • Lead a high-performing team of engagement and analytics specialists, providing mentorship, guidance, and professional development opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop effective user onboarding and retention strategies.
  • Work closely with the Head of Curation and content teams to optimise content discovery and recommendation algorithms.
About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional with a strong analytical mindset and excellent leadership and collaboration skills. You will have a proven track record of driving product engagement and retention in the digital media industry or a related field.

Key qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
  • Advanced degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience in driving product engagement and retention.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset.
  • Excellent leadership and collaboration skills.
