Strategic Leader for CCA NSW

CCA NSW is seeking a highly motivated and strategic leader to drive the organisation's growth and success.
The General Manager will be responsible for setting the strategic direction and vision of the organisation, working closely with the Board to develop and implement strategies that align with the organisation's mission and values.
Key responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership
- Lead the development and implementation of strategies to drive growth across key program areas.
- Ensure alignment with the organisation's mission and values.
Operational and Program Management
- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to policies and procedures.
- Manage and evaluate the effectiveness of programs, making adjustments as necessary.
- Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and funding requirements.
Financial Oversight
- Prepare and manage the annual budget in collaboration with the Board Treasurer and Finance Committee.
- Ensure financial sustainability through effective resource allocation, budget control, and fundraising initiatives.
Stakeholder Engagement and Public Relations
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, donors, community leaders, partner organisations, members, and volunteers.
Staff and Volunteer Management
- Lead, mentor, and manage the staff and volunteers.
- Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and productive organisational culture.
Board Relations
- Work closely with the Board, keeping them informed of organisational performance, risks, and strategic developments.
The General Manager will be responsible for ensuring the operational excellence of CCA NSW.
This includes overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to policies and procedures, and managing and evaluating the effectiveness of programs.
