Performance and Reward Specialist

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our APAC-wide reward solutions. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact and contribute to the ongoing success of the business.

About the Role:

  • Lead the delivery of recommendations and solutions covering specific areas of Remuneration and Benefits, including salary planning, market analysis, job design, variable pay planning, benefit planning, and vendor relationship management.
  • Contribute to the effective governance of the Global Job Family Framework, acting as the key liaison on job evaluation.
  • Manage annual salary survey data contributions/reporting requirements of identified survey partners and effectively navigate these databases to deliver high-quality, accurate, annual and ad-hoc external benchmarking to the business.
  • Provide interpretation and counsel regarding Performance, Reward, and Benefits policies, programs, and practices.
  • Develop and implement new Reward and Benefits policies, practices, and programs to meet organisational needs.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Performance & Reward and the Global Performance & Reward team on all operational aspects associated with the delivery of the annual cyclical performance and remuneration review.
  • Design, UAT, implementation, and delivery of performance capability/functionality and reporting aspects of Workday that are related to delivering various rollout phases and subsequent biannual releases of Workday.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience working within Performance and Reward
  • Experience in project managing annual cyclical performance and remuneration reviews within large and complex organisations
  • Strong analytical skills, and advanced MS Excel skills
  • Experience administering HRIS systems
