This role is responsible for sorting scrap metal at a recycling facility.

About the Position
  • The ideal candidate will be able to identify and sort scrap metals efficiently
  • Maintain cleanliness in the yard and operational areas
  • Operate forklifts and perform manual handling tasks
  • Adhere to workplace safety procedures at all times
Ideal Candidate
  • Valid forklift license desirable but not essential
  • Experience in scrap recycling, construction or manufacturing highly advantageous
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced yard environment
  • Positive and safety-focused mindset with a general willingness to learn
