Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage client relationships across South-East Queensland to strengthen our position in a competitive market.
  • Utilize negotiation skills and industry expertise to drive business growth while contributing to a more sustainable future through scrap metal recycling.
Responsibilities Include:
  • Procure and price ferrous and non-ferrous materials within guidelines as determined by the Trading Manager and legislative requirements.
  • Monitor key performance metrics and collaborate with the Transport department on site logistics to ensure targets are met.
  • Complete monthly reports in a timely and accurate manner and participate in meetings to discuss and review results with internal teams and customers.
  • Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams, resolving issues while maintaining positive client relationships.
  • Manage costs in line with financial policies and procedures.
Essential Criteria:
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
