Accommodation Site Coordinator

Overview of the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our accommodation site. This includes managing tenancies, performing daily maintenance and repairs, contributing to property upkeep and maintenance, and assisting with administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain accurate records and reports to ensure efficient day-to-day operations
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to achieve business objectives
- Develop and implement effective strategies for maintaining a safe and comfortable environment for residents
- Support tenant services and property management to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
We are seeking an individual with relevant experience in tenant and property services or a related field. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills to connect with a diverse range of tenants and stakeholders.
Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice is desirable but not essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP, and relevant business and project management tools is also required.
