Accommodation Site Manager

We are seeking a skilled professional to ensure the smooth, safe, and efficient operation of an accommodation site and associated housing services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support daily maintenance, tenancy management, property upkeep, and administrative standards
- Deliver tenant and property services or related field
- Work with a broad range of tenants, support networks, internal and external stakeholders
Requirements:
- Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice (preferred but not essential)
- Experience in delivering tenant and property services or related field (preferred)
- Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, SAP, and relevant business and project management tools
