Accommodation Services Manager

Based in Darwin, this role offers the opportunity to work in a unique and challenging environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for the smooth operation of our accommodation services, ensuring that all clients receive a high level of care and support.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the day-to-day operations of the accommodation site, including maintenance, tenancy management, and property upkeep.
- Ensure that all clients receive a safe and supportive environment, with access to meals and other essential services.
- Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of services.
- Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice or equivalent experience.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work with diverse client groups.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office and SAP.
- Above award salary grade 3.
- Relocation assistance up to $3000.
- Two weeks accommodation.
