Accommodation Site Manager

This position is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our accommodation site and associated housing services.
- Servicing properties and performing routine maintenance tasks to ensure a high level of cleanliness and functionality;
- Managing tenancies and responding to tenant queries in a professional and timely manner;
- Coordinating with external service providers to ensure seamless delivery of support services;
- Maintaining accurate records and reports as required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, including the ability to work effectively with tenants, internal stakeholders, and external service providers.
A Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice or equivalent experience is preferred but not essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP, and relevant business tools is highly regarded.
This role requires strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, be able to work independently, and have a proactive approach to resolving issues.
