HR Data Analyst Role

The opportunity to drive impactful business decisions with data insights awaits a skilled professional in this HR Data Analyst role.

In partnership with leading organizations, our team delivers critical infrastructure support and technical solutions. We are now seeking an HR Data and Systems Analyst to join our Talent Acquisition team.

This 12-month fixed term opportunity is based in Brisbane City, offering a hybrid work arrangement between office and home. As an HR Data and Systems Analyst at our organization, you will:

  • Partner with the TA Manager and TA Specialists to identify regular and ad hoc reporting needs and translate them into actionable reports and dashboards
  • Lead TA system and process improvements, including vendor management
  • Manage audits and compliance reporting requirements
  • Collaborate with other functions including HR operations and payroll
  • Troubleshoot and resolve systems issues and provide technical expertise to TA team members

This role requires strong technical proficiency in HR systems and reporting, stakeholder engagement, and a passion for driving impact through data and systems.

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Strong proficiency in HR reporting, Excel and data visualization platforms
  • An understanding of the Talent Acquisition lifecycle and the metrics associated with high performance
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and integrate multiple HR systems and tools effectively
  • Strong project management and deadline delivery
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to explain complex data insights in a clear, actionable way
