Job Title: Human Resource Systems Analyst

The HR Systems Analyst plays a vital role in ensuring our Human Resource Technology systems support our workforce management effectively.

Responsibilities:

  1. ">
  2. System administration, maintenance and development of positions, job changes, terminations and workflows.">
  3. Development and maintenance of letter templates, recruitment related data, on-boarding process and transactions, performance appraisal templates and route maps.">
  4. Development and maintenance of basic automatic assignment rules governing the Learning Management System (LMS).">
  5. Provision of advice pertaining to on system related changes resulting from new or updated business process models.">
  6. Support for the overall accuracy and integrity of employee data.">
  7. Support for the design and delivery of all routine and adhoc reporting.">
  8. Support for the creation and change of core HR system structure.">
  9. Assistance in the design and delivery of mass changes to system data.">
  10. Provision of 1st level support for basic maintenance of existing integrations.">
  11. Collaboration with IT staff to perform in-cycle platform upgrades of all Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) as approved by the HR Technology & Analytics Lead.">
  12. Provision of support for 2nd level end user system queries.">

Requirements:

  • ">
  • 3 years minimum experience in Human Resource Technology in a medium to large employer.">
  • Proven experience as a HR Systems Analyst or in a similar role.">
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.">
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and management skills.">
  • Advanced problem-solving skills.">
  • Demonstrated planning and prioritisation skills.">
  • Ability to take initiative, be an analytical and lateral thinker with the desire to implement HR best practice and continually improve the HR model.">
  • A passionate and enthusiastic HR professional who can work in a team and individually.">
  • National Police Check or willing to obtain one, and International Police Check if required.">
