About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our HR Systems Uplift Project focused on Oracle HCM. This is a critical role in transforming our HR processes, improving system functionality, and enhancing the employee experience. You will work closely with HR, IT, and key stakeholders to gather requirements, analyse current processes, and support the successful implementation and adoption of the upgraded Oracle system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Elicit, document, and manage business requirements across HR functions including payroll, recruitment, performance management, and workforce data.
  • Analyse current HR processes and systems to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to design solutions aligned with Oracle HCM capabilities and business needs.
  • Support data migration, testing, and validation activities to ensure accurate system transition.
  • Develop process documentation, user guides, and training materials.
  • Partner with Project Managers, IT teams, and Oracle consultants to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
  • Assist in post-implementation support and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst on HR Systems or HRIS projects.
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle HCM (or other major HR systems such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors).
  • Strong understanding of HR processes: payroll, recruitment, onboarding, performance, leave management.
  • Experience in requirements gathering, process mapping, and gap analysis.
  • Exposure to data migration, testing, and system integration.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and documentation skills.
  • Experience working in Agile or hybrid project environments preferred.
