Job Description

Waters Corporation is currently seeking an experienced HR Systems Analyst III to join our team. This role provides global systems administration support and HR process improvements to various HR systems, including SAP HCM and SuccessFactors HXM.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and improving HR systems and business processes with a focus on data quality. They will work closely with HR Business Owners to provide system management support to ongoing or annual programs, manage workflow, and troubleshoot system issues.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or above in a related field;
  • 3-5 years industry experience in HRIS and/or enterprise software project management;
  • Proven knowledge of SuccessFactors modules, specifically talent development and succession, and SAP HCM;
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze business processes and develop and implement new or streamlined workflows;
  • Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and data analysis skills;
  • Ability to use sound judgment in making decisions with minimal supervision and exercise discretion with confidential information.
