Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Support Specialist. The ideal candidate will be responsible for qualifying production issues escalated by Regional Support regarding our Front to Back payment solution and developing proposals for mitigation when possible.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide advanced software support for payment solutions offered by WL.
  • Closely work with Operations to minimize the impact of production issues.
  • Develop and update tools for troubleshooting or internal use.
  • Review, create and distribute guidelines and best practices where appropriate.
  • Identify opportunities to improve service efficiencies.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The successful candidate will possess excellent problem-solving skills, experience in troubleshooting software issues, proficiency in C/C++, Python, shell scripts development, proficiency in Linux environments, experience in Oracle or PostgreSQL, understanding of TCP/IP and SSL/TLS, and knowledge in payment solutions and cryptography is an advantage.
