Key Leadership Position:
The Early Childhood Education Leader oversees the delivery and continuous improvement of the Graduate Diploma in Early Childhood Education.
- Develop and implement engaging curriculum materials and assessments aligned with learning outcomes and academic standards.
- Provide high-quality teaching, timely feedback, and ongoing support to students across various delivery modes.
- Monitor student progress, identify at-risk students, and provide targeted interventions.
Requirements:
- Postgraduate qualification in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
- At least two (2) years of relevant industry experience post-qualification, specifically in Early Childhood Education.
- Strong understanding of theory and practice in the discipline.
- Relevant tertiary teaching experience with demonstrated achievements.
