As a Lead Educator, you will work closely with our Senior Leadership Team and lead your assistant educators to deliver fun and educational programs and practices that support our youngest learners' development.

You will provide a creative environment that engages our infants and encourages them to investigate, explore, and extend on their current skills.

Sparrow Early Learning Eagleby is a loving, warm environment where children can feel safe, secure, and supported during their time with us. We acknowledge each child is unique and let all children learn and develop at their own pace.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
  • Proven experience in being a Lead Educator
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
  • Current and Valid Working with Children Check
  • First Aid and CPR certificates including Asthma and Anaphylaxis training
