Job Title

A Product Manager is a key role in the organization, responsible for developing strategies and managing vendor relationships to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop go-to-market strategies in collaboration with vendors
  • Manage vendor relationships, identify opportunities and challenges, and maintain strong relationships
  • Train business partners and inside sales teams on pricing programs and demand generation initiatives
  • Collaborate with sales and BDMs to drive business growth
  • Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), track metrics, and formulate gap plans
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in Microsoft meeting rooms, unified communications, and professional audio. They should be proactive and operationally excellent, with strong initiative and creativity.

They will also require professional communication and customer service skills, as well as strong negotiation, problem-solving, and relationship-building abilities.
