Job Overview

The role of the Strategic Product Manager is to develop and execute product strategies that meet customer needs and drive business growth.

A key focus will be on identifying and understanding customer requirements, proposing effective solutions, and managing their execution end-to-end.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Product Vision and Roadmap: Develop and maintain a multi-year product strategy, including roadmap and P&L.
  • Customer Collaboration: Work closely with customers to propose and implement solutions that meet their needs.
  • Project Management: Manage projects related to customer enhancements and migration pathways.
  • Issue Resolution: Address product issues and coordinate resolution efforts.
  • Revenue Growth: Identify revenue opportunities with sales and relationship teams.
  • Market Intelligence: Monitor legal and competitive landscapes.
  • Process Improvement: Improve operational processes for better efficiency and revenue.
Qualifications / Skills:
  • Educational Background: University degree in business, economics, or similar field.
  • Industry Experience: Minimum 10+ years in Investment Funds, with Australian market experience.
  • Leadership and Client Relationships: Proven leadership and client relationship skills.
  • Analytical and Communication Skills: Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Migration and Stakeholder Influence: Experience managing complex migrations and stakeholder influence.

This role requires deep knowledge of the Australian market, regulatory landscape, and customer behaviors, particularly within Wealth Platforms, Wealth Management, and Institutional / GC domains.
