About the Opportunity

We are seeking an exceptional Product Design leader to join our team. As a strategic designer, you will play a key role in shaping the customer experience across our platforms.

Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement design strategies that drive business growth and customer engagement. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand user needs and develop innovative design solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design Strategy: Develop and implement design strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Team Leadership: Lead a team of product designers, providing mentorship and coaching to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • User Research: Conduct user research to understand customer needs and preferences.
  • Design Execution: Oversee the end-to-end design process, ensuring designs meet business requirements and user needs.
Requirements
  • Experience: 8+ years of experience as a UX/Product designer, including 4+ years in a leadership role managing designers.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate a team of designers.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
