Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Digital Product Leader to join our team. As a highly motivated professional, you will be responsible for developing and managing the 3P Pricing Strategy for our business in AU and SG markets. This is a diverse and highly visible role that requires strong leadership skills and the ability to build partnerships with stakeholders at every level of the organization.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of managing technical products or online services. They will also have experience in product, program, or project management, leading cross-functional teams in the delivery of major new products or services.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Partner with key stakeholders to define pricing strategy
  • Manage prioritization and trade-offs for speed to market, performance, and features
  • Address barriers through problem-solving and coordination with stakeholders
  • Develop and manage high-quality product roadmaps based on your service vision and strategy
  • Gain support for your strategy and roadmap from stakeholders by writing narratives and influencing peers and senior leadership
  • Create program goals and related metrics, track progress, and manage through obstacles to achieve your objectives
  • Communicate performance, articulate root-cause analysis, and link to specific improvement areas
  • Develop user experience goals, stories, and requirements that can be used to develop new products and services as well as improve existing processes
