Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to lead our Partnerships team. As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will be responsible for driving our commercial output and achieving revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a high-performing team of partnerships managers and executives in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Manage the team's sales pipeline and account activities with precision and accuracy.
  • SOURCE new business opportunities and drive growth through strategic partnerships and collaborations.
  • BUILD and maintain strong relationships with clients at all levels.
  • Develop and execute market-leading pitches and campaigns across all platforms.
  • Drive innovation and digital-first thinking to develop new products and solutions for our national sales team.
  • Provide accurate and timely financial reporting.
Requirements
  • Proven sales experience in digital advertising with a track record of success.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Outgoing and adept at creating professional relationships.
  • Strong understanding of online advertising processes and technology.
  • Active participation in industry trade and networking events.
  • Attention to detail and ability to QA own work.
  • 'Hunter mentality,' tenacity, and ability to think on your feet.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience ideal.
