Senior Nurse Leader Critical Care

- Lead and coordinate the nursing and multi-disciplinary care team.
As a Nursing Unit Manager in our Intensive Care Unit, you will be responsible for managing and leading the nursing and wider multi-disciplinary team to enable good patient flow processes.
- Monitor and manage business and management functions and processes of the ward or unit.
The successful candidate will have strong leadership and interpersonal skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to negotiate resolutions and manage conflict.
- Create and maintain a positive workplace culture.
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Nursing Unit Manager who is passionate about delivering high-quality patient care and leading a team of professionals.
Key Skills and Qualifications:">The ideal candidate will possess:
- Broad nursing/midwifery experience and knowledge.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to negotiate resolutions and manage conflict.
They will also have proven ability to create and maintain a positive workplace culture and articulate and achieve a vision for nursing services in the critical care environment.
