The ideal candidate has significant experience in payroll operations, including leadership roles and managing payroll across multiple jurisdictions. They should have a strong grasp of legislation, awards, PAYG, superannuation, and compliance requirements.
Key responsibilities include leading the payroll function, ensuring accuracy and compliance, streamlining processes, and building relationships with HR, Finance, and vendors.
