Salesforce CRM Transformation Specialist

Job Opportunity:
We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Business Analyst to lead transformational CRM projects for mid-to-large sized organizations.
About the Role:
- Lead transformational CRM projects with expertise in Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud implementation, including Sales, Service, and Community Clouds
- Drive workstreams with ownership and expertise, navigating complex organizational dynamics
- Foster strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and pain points, facilitate deep discussions, and challenge status quo
- Presentation and communication skills to create and deliver top-quality presentations and demos to a broad audience
Requirements:
- 5+ years' experience in business analysis and functional consulting
- Experience with Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud implementation
- Expertise in one of three domains: SFDC Sales, Service, Community Clouds
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Ability to navigate complex organizational dynamics
