Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Specialist
As a seasoned CRM professional, you will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing our Salesforce CRM across Australia and New Zealand. Your primary focus will be on ensuring data accuracy, delivering actionable insights through reporting and dashboards, and driving adoption and compliance among the Field Sales Team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing and maintaining Salesforce CRM across ANZ, guaranteeing data integrity and process alignment
- Designing and customizing reports and dashboards to provide insightful information to sales leaders
- Driving CRM adoption and compliance among field sales teams to support performance tracking
- Allocating tasks and focus sheets to the sales team and monitoring KPIs against business goals
- Collaborating with sales leaders and managers to deliver tools and data that enhance customer engagement
- Identifying and implementing improvements to boost CRM usability and effectiveness
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong Salesforce experience at administrator, specialist, or advanced user level
- Ability to analyze data, generate insights, and present recommendations
- Excellent communication skills with the confidence to engage stakeholders and influence adoption
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities and deadlines
- Intermediate to advanced MS Excel skills; SAP experience desirable
- Prior exposure to sales operations or supporting field sales teams highly regarded
