Job Description:
Salesforce Business Analysis RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Transformation Specialist to join our team. As a Senior Salesforce Transformation Specialist, you will be responsible for driving business value by transforming sales processes and customer engagement through the effective use of Salesforce technology.
- You will partner with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and design future-state workflows that maximize the value of Salesforce.
- Your key responsibilities will include gathering and documenting business requirements, analysing current sales and service processes, and translating business needs into functional specifications and user stories.
- You will facilitate workshops and stakeholder sessions to align on requirements and priorities, support Salesforce testing activities, and collaborate with sales leaders to enhance pipeline management and forecasting.
- You will also partner with service teams to streamline case management and customer support workflows, provide insights and recommendations on Salesforce best practices, and support training and change initiatives.
