Job Title: UAT Lead

As a UAT Lead, you will oversee user acceptance testing for Salesforce CRM & Billing transformation. This is a high-impact project that requires an experienced professional to ensure seamless execution of UAT.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and develop UAT scenarios and scripts in collaboration with business stakeholders.">
  • Lead the execution of UAT for Salesforce CRM & Billing, ensuring business requirements are met.">
  • Manage test progress tracking, defect triage, and resolution.">
  • Work closely with test management, delivery teams, and key stakeholders.">
  • Ensure UAT aligns with customer, sales, and billing processes.">

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should have extensive testing methodologies and practices. You should also have a strong understanding of customer relationship management and billing concepts.

Additionally, you should have experience testing Salesforce CRM & Billing (Salesforce experience preferred). Proven ability to engage stakeholders, manage test execution, and resolve defects is essential.

Finally, you should have hands-on experience in test management, planning, tracking, and reporting.
