Talent Acquisition Expertise

We are seeking a seasoned Talent Acquisition Specialist to contribute their expertise to impactful projects across the MENA region. This role involves identifying, engaging, and attracting top-tier talent to meet organizational hiring needs.

The Talent Acquisition Specialist plays a vital role in leveraging innovative sourcing strategies, building strong talent pipelines, and collaborating with recruitment teams to support effective hiring processes.

  • Identify and source qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, professional networks, and referrals.
  • Build and maintain a database of potential candidates for current and future hiring needs.
  • Develop and nurture talent pipelines for critical and recurring roles.
  • Use creative sourcing techniques, such as Boolean searches, to locate passive candidates.
  • Present qualified candidates to the recruitment team for further evaluation.
  • Partner with recruiters to understand role requirements and sourcing priorities.
  • Provide insights on market trends, candidate availability, and competitive hiring practices.
  • Promote the company as an employer of choice by sharing compelling content and engaging with candidates on social platforms.
Key Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a related field.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools.
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, including Boolean searches and talent mapping.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
