Recruitment Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Professional to drive our talent acquisition efforts forward.

  • Deliver exceptional support and partnership to hiring managers to ensure timely and efficient recruitment outcomes.
  • Oversee the entire recruitment process for high-volume roles with precision and attention to detail.
  • Pursue innovative and creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent and enhance the employer brand.
  • Champion a positive and professional candidate experience at every stage of the recruitment journey.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying and implementing strategies that optimize the recruitment process.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Proven success within a previous internal recruitment position, showcasing expertise in talent acquisition and management.
  • A solution-focused attitude and respectful approach, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • The ability to efficiently manage high-volume recruitment while prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines, maintaining a high level of productivity.
  • Familiarity with recruitment software and knowledge of the education sector is advantageous, but not essential.
