Roster Management is a vital function within our organization. As a Roster Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring the Residence is adequately staffed at all times to deliver quality care to residents while maintaining a positive work environment.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Staff Scheduling: Developing and maintaining accurate staff schedules to meet the unique needs of our residents.
  • Managing Shift Changes: Effectively handling requests for shift changes, leave or time off, and finding suitable replacements when necessary.
  • Communication: Maintaining effective communication with staff members regarding their schedules, shift changes and updates related to their work.
  • Coordination with Management: Collaborating with facility management to optimize workforce management and meet operational requirements.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Ability to manage rostering and team member allocations effectively.
  • Experience using employee scheduling software such as Humanforce or Time Target.
  • Adaptability, passion, and willingness to learn.
  • Collaborative skills and effective communication abilities.
